The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis and is prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both organic methods.

The fund leverages time-tested systems, processes, and methodologies to transform small companies into market leaders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: 

• Business Model: B2B Services
• Functional: #1 or #2 sales leader of a lower middle market company, or a regional sales leader for an upmarket company
• Orientation: Heavy sales orientation is required
• Private Equity: Preferred but not required
• Tenure: 15+ years of sales experience and some years in a leadership role developing and managing a team of 5-15 direct reports
